She is an entrepreneur, a leader, a mentor, and successful strategic thinker. Reece’s vision and approach has shaped RWT Growth into a firm consultants want to work for and clients want to work with.
Reece started their first company at 17 and has since gone on to become an award winning serial entrepreneur / leader and has lead companies to the Profit 500 list of Fastest Growing Companies in Canada on three occasions and was a recipient of the Athabasca University Rising Star Award. She has done business in over 34 countries including leading businesses in Europe. Reece founded RWT Growth in 2014 to focus more on helping organizations, leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their goals. In 2022, Reece founded Saone Capital Inc. a sister company to RWT, which focuses on companies doing positive things for the planet and those reducing inequalities.

Matthew has a considerable background in generating value for business owners on M&A transactions and sourcing financing. Through his experience at RWT Growth, he has worked with intricate financing structures that can be tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
As a Vice President, Matthew’s main responsibilities include evaluating potential advisory opportunities and overseeing the execution of active engagements. He enjoys working through critical business problems and providing value to clients through meaningful solutions and creative capital structuring. He has an eye for synergies and focuses on finding new ways for clients to adapt to the rapidly evolving business market.
When not at the office, Matthew is playing beach volleyball, skiing in the mountains, and biking the beautiful trails the Okanagan has to offer.
Jacques connects his formal education with his experience of relationship building in his role as Corporate Development Representative for RWT Growth. He has a B. COMM in Accounting and a B. COMM in Management Accounting. He has over 15 years in the financial services industry.
Previously he was the Sales Director for third party Sales of one of Canada's largest Insurance companies, covering Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He started his first business in University and is on the board of a real estate company holding both residential and commercial properties.
Baabu has over 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Marketing, spanning across the countries of Singapore, UAE and India. He holds a Master's degree in Global Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and is a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst. He is also currently pursuing his CFA Charter, having successfully completed his Level 1.
He joins the team as an analyst helping organizations strategically structure their businesses and ultimately achieve sustainable long-term earnings. On his days-off you can see Baabu strumming away on his guitar and singing, along the shores of Kelowna. He is also passionate about Fitness and religiously follows various sporting events across the world such as European Football, Cricket & Formula 1
Ivan has experience working as a Business Analyst and in Fund Accounting through previous co-op internships. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance.
He joins the team as a recently graduated analyst who enjoys problem solving and adding value to businesses. In his free time, Ivan is watching or playing hockey, catching up on movies and TV shows, listening to music, or spending time with friends and family
Krystal has over a decade of successful bookkeeping and analytical experience with local and international businesses in various stages of growth. Her background includes work in the construction, service, online retail, and product distribution industries.
She has an edge for getting businesses caught-up and back on track while streamlining their accounting processes. Her goal is to help business owners focus on what is important to them, both inside and outside of their business, by freeing up their time and providing the right financial information to achieve their business objectives.
Amanda has well over a decade of experience working in the People and Culture space working with start-ups to large scale organizations in a variety of industries which has allowed her to leverage her skillset to ultimately create a holistic approach when it comes to creating sustainable people processes, policies and systems for continued growth. Amanda graduated from the University of Calgary with an HR Management Diploma and stays up to speed with current and future People & Culture trends through personal growth and networking activities.
In Amanda’s role as VP of People & Culture, she is responsible for building and leading a strong and collaborative culture through effective planning, development, and execution on company policies, full cycle talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, change management, compensation and benefits, labor law compliance and overseeing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts here at RWT Growth.

Steven earned an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Finance from Concordia University.

Bibiana has 6 plus years of experience as a graphic designer; she has worked with several companies in the fields of marketing and branding, gaining experience designing content for social media, the web, and branding design. In the last few years, she has worked with RWT Growth, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations following the look and feel of the brand and giving creative ideas to design CIM presentations in the best and most professional possible ways, helping the company to have a strong and consistent look and feel.

David has focused on providing professional expertise around the buying and selling of businesses since 1995.
David leads the MAXIMA team in guiding business owners through transaction execution, managing relationships, confidentially marketing and negotiating successful divestitures, strategic acquisitions, corporate mergers, corporate governance, and management consulting solutions.
Part of the MAXIMA team since 2014, Clayton has prepared the valuation, marketing, due diligence, and transaction processes for more than 100 M&A-related projects. Before joining the MAXIMA Group, he performed post-acquisition audit support for a large operator of consumer entertainment facilities and provided research and financial consulting to evaluate the viability of a $2 billion dollar international transportation project.
Earlier experience includes working for a major Canadian telecommunications company, where he analyzed distressed assets and helped qualify strategic acquisition targets. He also supported business development and operational improvements in its commercial services division.
Clayton has experience as a copywriter and journalist, covering diverse areas such as economics, finance, energy markets, electronic entertainment, and culture. He also writes pro-oil, pro-pipeline articles for CAEPLA’s quarterly Pipeline Observer magazine.

Meet Louise, Operations Manager at MAXIMA, who joined the team in 2020. Louise brings over 20 years of high-level corporate management experience to the MAXIMA team and plays a key role in providing corporate administration and project support while ensuring the successful day to day operations of the business.
Prior to joining MAXIMA Louise had roles in a range of industries including Hospitality and Property Management, Labour Relations, Organizational Change Management, Land Development and Residential Construction.
